  · CSF and KPI identification and reporting
  · Focus on financial discipline and control and the provision of high quality ‘no surprises’ financial reporting
  · Cash and Profit forecasting improvement programmes
  · Staff development, target setting, evaluation and appraisal projects

• I.T. implementation experience including MRP and ERP systems and design of financial and management information reports.

• Control and reorganisation of purchasing functions, including introduction of vendor management techniques.
  
• Skilled in negotiation with customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders.
  
• Strong, effective communicator with powerful influencing skills and credible presence.
