The JIGSAW approach recognises that profit improvement is a tableau made up of many pieces. It is not easy nor is it instant, but steady effort will eventually reveal the true potential of your business.

We review every aspect of your business and organisation and identify profit improvement opportunities therein. We will set a monetary target to achieve, the person responsible for the target and a timeframe for delivery.

We will provide expert help and practical assistance with ongoing support and involvement, driving you and your managers to deliver the agreed objectives. Regular review meetings will benchmark progress and catalyse action.

Fees

Our fees are very competitive. Rob’s experience and expertise is available at an hourly rate that is far lower than even a trainee from one of the large accountancy practices.

The arrangement can be as flexible as you wish. You pay us for as much or as little help you require. Our initial consultation is free and if you decide we could be of value to you then we’ll take it from there.
